Q: When I place my order how fast will my Slushiman Slush Mix ship? 

A: All Slushiman orders are packed and shipped the same day all within 24hrs! You will receive your tracking information shortly after you place your order. U.S Orders are shipped from Niagara Falls, NY. & Ohio via USPS or UNIUNI! All Canadian orders are shipped out from Mississauga, Ont.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: All orders shipped to the U.S or Canada will take approximately 4-8 business days, sometimes faster!

Business Days: Our shipping and processing times are based on business days (Monday to Friday). Severe weather conditions may impact delivery times.

Q: Why hasn't my tracking information been updated recently?

If you received a tracking number, it has been shipped. The USPS/UNIUNI tracking system is outside of our control so please consider this before contacting us about your tracking information.

It's a common worry when your package seems to vanish into thin air - at least according to the tracking information. But fear not! There are several reasons why your tracking might not be updating, and most of them are perfectly normal.

The Silent Journey

Imagine your package on a long road trip. It's cruising down the highway, but there aren't any pit stops for miles. That's often what's happening when your tracking goes quiet. Your package is simply in transit between major checkpoints. This is especially true for international shipments or those covering vast distances. Your package might be sailing across an ocean or flying high above the clouds, far from any scanning devices.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes we do! The sample pack has free shipping to the lower 48 states and all across Canada.

Q: Can you ship to Australia, Europe,The U.K or other parts of the world?

A: All shipments are currently only to the United States and Canada. If that changes updates will be posted! Update: Shipping to the U.K now available!

Q: When or how frequently do you have sales?

A: We try and do sales occasionally during holidays, special events or quick pop up sales whenever we feel the need to give you guys a break so you can enjoy some delicious slushies! Coupon codes and other offers are also available on your second purchase.

Q: Is Slushiman Slush Mix kid friendly?

A: Yes! All Slushiman Slush Mixes are kid friendly. None of our slush mixes contain alcohol.

Q: How much does 1 slush pack make in my slushy machine?

A: Each Slushiman starts with a base of 1L (33oz) of filtered water. You simply grab a pitcher, add your water, add your desired Slushiman Slush Mix and stir until incorporated. You will then decide if you would like to add any spirits to your pitcher. You always add the base water measurement and then add your favorite spirit on top of the base mixture. 

For example: 1L water + 3/4 cup of liquor.

Q: How much liquor can I add to my Slushiman Slush mix?

A: You have three choices:

A light drink 1/4 cup (60ml/2oz)
A medium drink: 1/2 cup (125ml/4oz)
A strong drink: 3/4 cup (180ml/6oz)

Q: The Slushiman Slush Mix pack made a lot more than I thought, how come?

A: When you add 170g of Slushiman Slush Mix to 1L of water, the volume of the water will rise to approximately 1.11 liters (1,107 mL).

When you add the max amount of liquor, 180 mL to the previous total brings your final volume to approximately 1.29 Liters (1,287 mL).

When water freezes into ice, it's volume increases by approximately 9%. This is because water molecules form a crystalline lattice structure that takes up more space than their liquid form.

The total estimated amount of slush made when frozen, with the maximum amount of liquor is approximately: 1,466-1500 mL (49.5oz-50oz)

Q: Can I use this slush mix in any home kitchen based slushy machine?

A: Yes! Slushiman Slush Mix work's in any and all home based slushy machines. You will get the perfect slushy everytime.

Q: How long does my Slushiman Slush Mix last?

A: Not long! Because you will be tempted to drink them all pretty quickly! But if you do decide to store them for later they have a two year shelf life. Simply store in a cool dry place.
